Ice Cream Cocktails? Yes, Boozy Floats Are A Thing!

Sounds crazy? Wait ‘til you try it. We’ve been enjoying the divine combination of ice cream, our favourite booze, and classic Muskoka mixers for a long time. We decided it was time to spread the joy.

We’ve crafted ice cream cocktails for each of our sparkling craft beverages. We’re confident you’ll enjoy them as much as we do. Pina Coladas just aren’t Muskoka. This is how we do it up here.

Let’s start with the aptly-named PALE PINE.

  • 3 scoops pineapple (or vanilla) ice cream

  • 1 Pale Ginger Ale

  • 3oz White Rum

  • Candied ginger (for garnish)

Blend one scoop of pineapple ice cream with 3 oz of white rum. Pineapple ice cream can be hard to find, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Just blend 2 slices of pineapple and vanilla ice cream with the first step. Pour into the chilled glass, add Pale Ginger Ale and top with the last two scoops. Garnish with pineapple slice.
